These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of overknightgames.com (the "Website") and your participation in services, events, purchases, and programs offered by OverKnight Games, LLC ("OverKnight Games," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing our Website, purchasing products, registering for events, or participating in store programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Website. Participation in certain in‑store events or tournaments may require parental consent if under 18.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons.

2. Products & Sales
All products are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Returns: Unopened merchandise in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method or store credit, at the customer’s choice. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.
Special orders are not returnable unless previously agreed.
Event purchases are not returnable beginning two hours of before the event start time; special circumstances, like personal emergencies, may warrant a refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased.

3. Store Credit
We offer different types of store credit depending on how it is earned or purchased. Each type works a little differently, so please review the details below.
A. Promotional Store Credit (Tournament & Promotions)
Promotional store credit is issued as tournament prizes, event awards, or other promotional programs. It is a limited promotional merchandise credit, not a gift card, deposit account, or stored value account.

• Expires 24 months after the date it was issued.  Oldest credit is used first when redeeming.

• Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or refunds except where required by law

• Not transferable without prior management approval

• May not be usable for event entry except in limited cases approved by management

We reserve the right to revoke promotional credit obtained through fraud, abuse, or system error.
B. Trade-In Credit
Trade-in credit is issued in exchange for merchandise you sell to us.

• Does not expire

• Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law

• Not transferable without prior management approval

C. Purchased Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through our Website or point-of-sale system are separate from promotional or trade-in credit. Gift cards are governed by applicable federal and state law and any terms presented at the time of purchase.
Lost or stolen store credit or gift cards may not be replaceable. We may modify or discontinue store credit programs at any time; however, changes will not retroactively reduce the value of previously issued credit except as permitted by law.


4. Event & Tournament Participation
By registering for or participating in an event, you agree to:

• Follow all posted event rules

• Conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other participants

• Follow all safety and store policies

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify participants for cheating, harassment, or disruptive conduct

• Modify event structures, prize pools, or schedules if necessary

• Refuse entry or remove individuals from events or premises

Tournament prizes, including store credit, are awarded at our discretion and may be adjusted in cases of rule violations.
Participation in events is at your own risk.

5. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others

• Cheat or manipulate tournament outcomes

• Damage store property

• Use abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the premises and suspension from future events.

6. Accounts & Website Use
If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with Website functionality

• Use automated tools to scrape or copy content

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

7. Intellectual Property
All Website content, logos, branding, graphics, and original materials are the property of OverKnight Games, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Third‑party game titles, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in in‑store activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor physical injury, property damage, or disputes between participants.
By entering our premises or participating in events, you assume these risks.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverKnight Games, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

• Errors or interruptions in Website availability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OverKnight Games, LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misconduct.

11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. Venue shall be proper in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
We may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
